Im Finance-Team von Gini gestaltest du das interne Reporting, Planungsprozesse und die Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung aktiv mit. Dabei bekommst du tiefe Einblicke in die Finanzwelt eines wachsenden Tech-Unternehmens und übernimmst schnell Verantwortung. Mit deinem Blick für Zahlen und Daten hilfst du, unser Reporting weiterzuentwickeln und mehr Raum für strategische Themen zu schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben bei Gini

Du erstellst das monatliche interne Reporting in Excel inklusive detaillierter Kostenanalysen.
Du analysierst gemeinsam mit unserem Finance Lead das Reporting
Du nimmst an internen Meetings mit den Budgetverantwortlichen teil.
Du optimierst unsere Excel-Reportings, besonders mit Blick auf Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten.
Du fungierst als Bindeglied zur Buchhaltung und stellst sicher, dass das interne Reporting zur Buchhaltung überleitbar ist.
Du unterstützt unseren Finance Lead bei den regelmäßigen Finanzplanungsprozessen

Dein Profil, um erfolgreich zu sein

Du bist Masterstudent:in in einem wirtschafts- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang
Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Rahmen eines Werkstudentenjobs oder Praktikums gesammelt
Du hast ein Gespür für Zahlen & Daten und möchtest dein Finanz-Mindset weiterentwickeln
Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in Google Workspace (Sheets) und/oder MS Office (Excel) mit
Du denkst analytisch und hast erste Erfahrung in einem Finance-Team gesammelt
Du möchtest dich im Bereich Finanzplanung, Reporting & Controlling weiterentwickeln
Du organisierst dich gut und kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch

Your Team

As part of Gini’s Finance team, you will play an active role in shaping internal reporting, planning processes, and collaboration with accounting. You'll gain deep insights into the financial operations of a growing tech company and quickly take on responsibility. With your keen eye for numbers and data, you’ll help us further develop our reporting processes and free up space for more strategic topics.

Your playing field at Gini

You prepare monthly internal reports in Excel, including detailed cost analyses
You collaborate with our Finance Lead to analyze and interpret reports
You participate in internal meetings with budget owners
You continuously improve our Excel-based reporting tools, with a particular focus on automation opportunities
You act as a liaison with accounting to ensure seamless reconciliation between internal reporting and accounting data
You support our Finance Lead in regular financial planning processes

Skills to be successful

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in a business- or science-related field
Ideally, you have already gained experience in a similar role, such as a working student position or internship
You have a strong affinity for numbers and data and are eager to expand your financial skillset
You possess excellent skills in Google Workspace (Sheets) and/or MS Office (Excel)
You think analytically and have gained some initial experience in a finance team
You are motivated to grow in the areas of financial planning, reporting, and controlling
You are well-organized and communicate confidently in both German and English
