Als HR Generalist mit Fokus auf HR-Daten wirst du Teil des People & Culture Teams (P&C) bei Gini sein. Du beschreibst dich als erfahrenen HR-Generalisten, der sich bevorzugt mit strategischen und prozessualen Themen beschäftigt und aufgrund seiner Hands-on-Mentalität schnell Aufgaben erledigen kann. Gleichzeitig ist die Arbeit mit Daten deine Leidenschaft. Mit Hilfe schneller HR-Analysen bringst du den P&C Bereich bei Gini auf das nächste Level.

Deine Aufgaben bei Gini

Prozessoptimierung & HR-Datenmanagement

Du liebst es mit Daten zu arbeiten und kannst schnell HR-Analysen erstellen und interpretieren (z.B. Recruiting und HR KPIs, Performance Management Daten, Engagement Surveys)
Du nutzt deine HR-Analysen, um Verbesserungspotenziale aufzudecken und HR-Prozesse zu optimieren, um Skalierbarkeit, Effizienz und ISO-Konformität zu fördern
Du trägst aus einer HR-Analyse und HR-Controlling Perspektive zu strategischen Projekten bei

Erste Ansprechperson & Hiring Support

Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für HR-bezogene Fragen unserer Mitarbeitenden und löst deren Anfragen schnell
Du entwickelst eine Retentionsstrategie, indem du die Nähe zu den Mitarbeitenden nutzt, auf ihre Wünsche hörst und deine HR-Datenanalysen einsetzt
Du treibst die Entwicklung einer spannenden Arbeitsplatzkultur voran, in der die Performance der Mitarbeitenden effektiv unterstützt und gesteigert wird
Du unterstützt unseren Hiring-Prozess, indem du maximal zwei offene Stellen - nur in Peak-Phasen - übernimmst und mit unserer Recruiterin zusammenarbeitest. Dabei sorgst du für eine positive und einzigartige Candidate Experience

Dein Profil, um erfolgreich zu sein

Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (C1)
Du bringst mehr als 6 Jahre Erfahrung im HR-Bereich mit, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen und modernen Umfeld
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und beherrschst Excel und HR-Analysetools
Du bist in der Lage HR-Datenanalysen mit unserer Geschäftsstrategie abzustimmen und bringst starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit, um komplexe HR-Daten klar und verständlich zu präsentieren
Du verfügst über operative Expertise bei der Personaleinstellung, um unsere Recruiterin in Peak-Phasen zu unterstützen
Deine Arbeitsweise lässt sich als proaktiv, analytisch und gut strukturiert beschreiben
Du baust positive Beziehungen auf und förderst eine kollaborative Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen innerhalb der Organisation

Your Team

As an HR Generalist focusing on HR data, you will join Gini’s People & Culture (P&C) team. You describe yourself as an experienced HR generalist who prefers strategic and procedural topics and can quickly work on tasks due to your can-do mentality. At the same time, working with data is your passion. With the help of quick HR analyses, you bring the P&C area at Gini to the next level.

Your playing field at Gini

Process Optimisation & HR Data Management:

You love working with data and can quickly create and interpret HR analyses (e.g. recruiting and HR KPIs, performance management data, quarterly engagement survey)
You use your HR analyses to uncover the potential for improvements and polish HR processes to foster scalability, efficiency, and ISO compliance
You contribute to strategic projects from an HR analytics and HR controlling perspective

First Contact Person & Hiring Support:

You are the go-to person for HR-related questions for our employees and quickly respond to their various requests
You develop a retention strategy by being close to employees, listening to their needs, and using your HR data analyses
You drive the development of an exciting workplace culture where employee performance is supported and enhanced effectively
You support hiring by managing a maximum of two positions during peak periods and collaborating with our recruiter while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Skills to be successful

You are fluent in German and English in verbal and written form (C1)
You bring 6+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced, and modern environment
You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in Excel and HR analytics tools
You are capable of aligning HR data analytics with our business strategy and bring strong communication skills to present complex HR data in a clear and understandable manner
You bring operational expertise in hiring to support our recruiter in peak times
Your way of working can be described as proactive, analytical, and well-structured
You build and foster positive relationships and work collaboratively with your stakeholders at all levels within the organization
